What we collect
- Enterprise enquiries. Name, company, role, email, what you need help with, how urgent it is, your contract volume, and anything you write in the open field.
- Campaign attribution. UTM parameters from the link you arrived on, so we know which campaign brought you here.
- Analytics. Meta Pixel events, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to scope and price the work, and to measure which advertising is worth continuing. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it beyond the subprocessors listed on our Trust & Security page.
Legal basis
For enquiries: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one. For analytics: your consent, which you give through the banner and can withdraw by clearing this site's storage in your browser. For record keeping: our legitimate interest in maintaining business records.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
No analytics or advertising script loads before you accept. Declining is a real choice: the site works fully, and nothing degrades. Only strictly necessary storage is used until you accept, and that storage exists only to remember your consent choice.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as professional conduct rules require.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@airalaw.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
