Terms of Service

The terms that apply to using this site, requesting a review, and the card verification hold.

Last updated 8 August 2026

1. Who we are

Aira Law provides legal services for the music industry. AI prepares the file so the work is fast and consistent. A licensed entertainment attorney reviews every matter, makes the legal judgments, and signs it before it is delivered.

2. No attorney-client relationship from this site

Browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or verifying your card does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have confirmed scope with you in writing and both sides have accepted an engagement letter. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

3. Card verification hold

When you start a review we place a temporary authorization hold on your card at the quoted price. The hold exists to confirm the card is valid and that you intend to proceed.

  • You are not charged. The hold is never captured.
  • We cancel the hold within 48 hours. Uncancelled authorizations are released by the card network on their own, generally within seven days.
  • A verified hold is not an order and does not start work. Work begins after we confirm scope with you.

4. Fees

Self-serve reviews are fixed price, set by contract type and shown before you enter any card details. Ongoing engagements are quoted individually. We do not bill by the hour and we do not issue invoices you have not agreed to in advance.

5. What a review is and is not

A review tells you what the agreement does, where the risks are, what to negotiate, and what language to ask for. It is attorney-approved advice on the document as given to us. It is not a guarantee of any commercial outcome, and it does not cover documents or side agreements you did not send us.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Send the complete agreement, including schedules and side letters.
  • Tell us about deadlines that affect the work.
  • Only send documents you are entitled to share with counsel.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your materials as confidential. See Trust & Security for how that works in practice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any matter is limited to the fees paid for that matter. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable professional conduct rules.

9. Attorney advertising

Parts of this site may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
