Attorney oversight
AIRA Law provides lawyer-led legal support with AI, not an AI product that references the law. AI prepares the file: it extracts the deal terms, compares them to market standard, and ranks the risks. It does not review, advise, or decide anything. A licensed entertainment attorney reads the matter, applies legal judgment, and signs the result. Nothing is delivered on machine output alone, and every review names the attorney who signed it.
Your contract documents
In this build the contract file you select is never uploaded to our servers. It is read in your browser so we can show you the file name and size, and it is discarded when you leave the page. We record the file name and size only, so that the person following up knows what you were asking about.
Before we accept real documents for storage we will publish the encryption, retention and access-control program that covers them. Storing unencrypted contracts before that program exists would be a liability, not a feature.
Model training
Your material is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. That applies to contracts, correspondence and the analysis produced from them.
Confidentiality
Matters are confidential. Access is limited to the attorney assigned to your matter and the staff supporting it. A mutual NDA is available on request before you send anything, and we will sign yours if you would rather use your own paper.
Jurisdictions
We work on US agreements, with particular depth in New York and California law, on UK and EU agreements, and on cross-border deals between them. If a matter falls outside what we can properly advise on, we say so before you pay rather than after.
Subprocessors
- Resend for transactional and internal notification email, which is how an enquiry reaches us.
- Meta for advertising measurement, and only after you accept analytics cookies.
